Tangent review. This is the anthology Fantasy, ed. by the Fantasy Magazine folks, which has a story by Older Daughter. Hers is the one that will be the 'highlight of the anthology' (for those who enjoy the bizarrely unconventional!). It's the kind of review you'd dream of getting -- as editor or author.

I'm looking forward to her receiving her author's copy (copies?) of the anthology now!

I'm not sure if you're wondering if you knew about her story being accepted for the Fantasy anthology (I did mention it, as she submitted the story and got acceptance *the same day*) or if you knew about the anthology being done by Fantasy Magazine eds, or if you knew that B. writes and has been published ... Even if I were sure which it was, I couldn't tell you if you knew or not. :) (She's had 2 stories in Lady Churchill's Rosebud Wristlet btw - to drop the Gavin Grant/Kelly Link names about - and one went into their anthology. They rock.)

Her immediate reaction to getting a story accepted is 'Oh, that one's dreadful', but I guess that's just par for the course for writers.
