lady_schrapnellLooks as if we're going to a foster family to the pup, rather than a permanent home. Thankfully, this came from O.D., as I'd have felt like every nasty character who wouldn't let kids have insanely lovable dogs since the beginning of time. (Yes, of course we do have a hugely lovable and insane dog upstairs, waiting to get the bowl from Y.D.'s breakfast as I type. That doesn't prevent GUILT.) If the little bundle of joy would just stop attacking Bell with those incredibly sharp teeth, even when duly cowed by her, it would probably have been feasible.
But, like all good foster homes, we'll have provided lots of love and cuddles, and I've already improved his diet (with noticeable results on his - well, with noticeable results) and he's pretty damn close to being house-trained already, amazingly.
Anyone know someone in Dublin (or willing to travel there!) who wants an essence-of-cute puppy?
