Back from Worldcon...

lady_schrapnellFar too tired to comment much now, but it was absolutely brilliant. Proper write-up when I get the chance, but a couple of quite surprising coincidences (which I'll describe soon), along with a lot of random talking to people not previously known, and a fair amount of fanly gushing - to Connie Willis, Martha Wells and Kelly Link, specifically - all of whom were just lovely.
In the meantime - everyone (although I'm home before two LJ friends who are both sensibly leaving tomorrow) should check out Strange Horizons, which has a great story up today! ;) (Those who know me personally will know my relationship to its author, others might be able to guess, as long as they're not thrown by the last name.)
